Jim Segovia Houston Comm College first mLearning via iPhone

GHEC member, Roger Boston was able to secure $100k grant to launch a successful iPhone mLearning pilot at the Houston Community College Southeast campus.GHEC was able to provide "in kind" support to Roger and team for the Chancellor's Innovation grant. Needless to say, it was awarded to Roger and Professor Lifang Tien and 30 students are now engage and learning throught the iPhone. More info at our website: www.ghecgroup.net Continue

vincentham Congrats on the GHEC Ning network

Howdy yall. I'm glad to see that the GHEC is still going. Hooray Chris. This is a great idea. How can we get more folks aboard? It's a great asset.

FYI, Streaming Media Magazine just published an entire issue on Best Practices in Online Learning. It is part of their Innovation Series. VBrick, Akamai, Ignite, Sonic Foundry and others have case studies.
