Houston Comm College first mLearning via iPhone

GHEC member, Roger Boston was able to secure $100k grant to launch a successful iPhone mLearning pilot at the Houston Community College Southeast campus.GHEC was able to provide "in kind" support to Roger and team for the Chancellor's Innovation grant. Needless to say, it was awarded to Roger and Professor Lifang Tien and 30 students are now engage and learning throught the iPhone.

I am very interested in this program at HCC. The medical schools at both Ohio State and (to a lesser extent) Michigan are using the same tool in exciting ways. Mobile computing is the wave of the not-too-distant future. Please keep me posted!

Howdy yall. I'm glad to see that the GHEC is still going. Hooray Chris. This is a great idea. How can we get more folks aboard? It's a great asset.
